Proceed through the centre of New Milton in a northerly direction on Station Road. At the far end of the town, proceed over the railway bridge, passing the Station on the left hand side and just over the brow of the hill, take the first turning right into Brook Avenue and Lake Corner will be found immediately on the right hand side.

The Sales Office is open on site from Saturday to Wednesday inclusive(closed Thursday and Friday) and is open each day from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
